§ 1. Worth area

1.1      These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between
           Color Duo (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and our clients
           (hereinafter “Customer” or “you”).

1.2      Differing or additional conditions from the customer will not be accepted
           Part of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed in writing

§ 2. Services

2.1       We offer children's birthday events aimed at different age groups and
            interests are aligned.

2.2       The specific services and prices can be found in our offer or the booking confirmation.

2.3       Changes or additions to the services require a written agreement.

§ 3. Booking and conclusion of contract

3.1      The booking of a children's birthday event is made in writing
           (via email or booking form).

3.2       With your booking request you are making a binding offer
           to conclude a contract.

3.3      The contract is only concluded when we receive your booking request
           confirmed in writing.

3.4      For underage customers, parental consent is required
           Guardian required.

§ 4. Terms of payment

4.1      The agreed prices are stated in euros.

4.2      All prices in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 Item 27 UStG do not include sales tax.

4.3      Payment is made within 7 days of receiving the invoice,
           in advance by bank transfer.
           If your event takes place in less than 7 days, we will accommodate
           the payment deadline. Please note that only after receipt of your payment
           the booking is complete.

4.4      If the customer cancels or cancels the event
           the regulations under point 6 (cancellation and changes).

4.5      For every kilometer started and driven from:

§ 5. Liability

5.1      Color Duo is covered by public liability insurance.

5.2      Color Duo is liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent.

5.3      We are only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are breached.

5.4      Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss
           Profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5.5      Parents are liable for their children and any damage caused by them.

5.6      The client undertakes to inform the organizer in advance about any allergies or

           The organizer assumes no responsibility for any allergic reactions that occur or

5.7      Despite careful selection and control of skin colors & Glitter, takes over
           Color Duo accepts no liability for possible skin irritations. All colors & Glitter
           have been tested for skin compatibility, but can still  no guarantee for the  
           Compatibility of these colors & Ensure glitter.
           Glitter contains nuts, fat & different oils.
 

§ 6. Cancellation and changes

6.1      Cancellations or changes to the event must be made in writing.

6.2      If you cancel up to 14 days before the agreed date, you will be charged
           we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.

6.3      If canceled within 14 days before the agreed date
           we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed price.

6.4      A free change to the appointment or services is possible for up to 7 days
           possible before the agreed date, as long as our capacities allow it.

6.5      If the cancellation was initiated by the organizer and you
           If you cannot agree on an alternative date, the full payment will be made.
           In this case, the customer does not incur any direct costs from the organizer
           opposite. The customer has no claim for compensation.

§ 7. Obligation to supervise & program

7.1      The organizers do not provide child care in the sense of supervision
           or Taking the children into care. Therefore, participation in the event takes place
           voluntary and at your own risk.
 

7.2     You are required to supervise the children throughout the entire period
          Event with the respective parents or legal guardians or by
          Supervisors assigned to you. To prevent disruptions from non-participating participants

7.3     Children may be excluded from attending the event if
          they endanger themselves or other children and/or repeat the instructions of the

§  8. Photo, video and voice recordings

8.1      Provided the customer agrees (via a signed release form).
          Photo, video and voice recordings were made during the event. This

§ 9. data protection

9.1      We only process your personal data within the scope of the law

§ 10. Final provisions

10.1     The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies.

10.2     The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is our registered office if you are a merchant or
             legal entity under public law or not a general one
